Together at Westpoint... The Event
Together at Westpoint will be a weekend of worship, teaching, encouragement and vision for mission for all ages. Our two events in 2009 attracted around 2000 people from the South and South West of England. We are expecting more in 2010 as almost 30 Newfrontiers churches come together in one event at Westpoint, near Exeter. Visitors are welcome too!
The main event takes place from the evening of Thursday 19 August to the afternoon of Sunday 22 August with an option to stay camping until the afternoon of Tuesday 24 August.
Westpoint is a great site with lots of space and good facilities and we look forward to welcoming you in setting aside time to enjoy and discover more of God. Watch out for more details as they are finalised but we are expecting excellent teaching and extravagant worship in our main meetings. David Stroud, leader of the Newfrontiers UK Team, and Guy Miller are our key speakers. Evan Rogers and Matt Giles are leading worship.
Children will also be able to enjoy and hear from God in theKids. Ignite (aged 12 - 18) have their own meeting and chill out in the Log Cabin, picking up the experience many will have had at their Newday event. All this, and time for churches to be together, sports and social activities, food zone and market place. Also be inspired by visiting the One2One zone.
