BookingBefore you book, please have handy:
Which ticket?Servers
If you're over 18 and going to serve at any point you'll need to book a server ticket. This is the same price as a regular delegate ticket but enables you to select your serving options and generates your server paperwork.
Concessions
A reduced price ticket is available to full-time students over 18, those receiving a state pension and overseas residents.
Children
Children born between 1.9.05 and 31.8.07 are eligible for a 3-4s ticket, and those between 1.9.91 and 31.8.05 a 5-18s ticket. To ensure continuity and adult:child ratios, children must be booked in before 16 July 2010 to secure a place in our children’s ministry. We will continue to take bookings after this date if Churches provide one CRB'd worker per 6 children booked.
If a child has specific needs or may need extra support, please let us know by ticking the accessibility box on the booking form. Day Tickets
Day visitors can book for half and/or full days. Full day tickets will give you entry from 9am (11am on Thursday 19 August) until 10.30pm each day. A half-day ticket will give you entry to the site all day and to the relevant morning or evening main meeting.
Westpoint ExtraIf you'd like to stay on site until 2pm on Tuesday 24 August to relax and enjoy Devon, you can add a TogetheratWestpoint Extra ticket to your booking. There will be no organised meetings or activities during this time.
Booking confirmationYour named booking contact will receive a booking confirmation e-mail. Please keep this e-mail as it contains your login details and password to the Newfrontiers booking system, so that you can amend your booking details and replace or add new delegates if required.
Delegates who have booked to serve at TogetheratWestpoint will receive a server confirmation e-mail as well as their delegate booking confirmation e-mail. The server confirmation e-mail will contain a form that you need to complete and return to the address on the e-mail. Booking staff cannot answer general queries about the event so for these enquiries please either contact your church co-ordinator, or e-mail info@togetheratwestpoint.org.uk and we’ll do our best to help.
CancellationsIf you need to cancel all or part of your booking before 31 July 2010 we will refund the booking fees on request, less a £15 cancellation administration fee. There are no refunds for bookings cancelled after 31 July 2010, except within the terms of the Newfrontiers Cancellation Policy, details of which may be found here.

Data protectionInformation provided on the booking system will be used to process your booking, and specific items of information will be made available to Church Coordinators to enable them plan your church site. The information will not be used for any other purpose.
